Welcome to Smart Drawing Projector (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This App is developed and operated by [Shenzhen Le Workshop Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), and is dedicated to providing you with convenient Bluetooth connection between your mobile phone and projector, as well as image projection services.
This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly inform you how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use this App, as well as the control rights you have over your personal information. This Policy strictly complies with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1, Google Play Privacy Policy requirements, and also conforms to relevant overseas data protection laws and regulations such as GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), applicable to all users of this App (hereinafter referred to as "you").
Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Privacy Policy before using this App. Once you download, install and use this App, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use this App.
I. Information We Collect and Collection Methods
We adhere to the principles of "legality, legitimacy, necessity and minimal necessity", and only collect information necessary to realize the core functions of this App, and do not collect any personal information irrelevant to the functions. The details are as follows:
1.1 Bluetooth Connection-related Information
To realize the Bluetooth connection between your mobile phone and projector hardware and complete the image projection function, we will collect the following device-related information (non-personal identification information) after you authorize the Bluetooth permission:
Bluetooth module identifier of the mobile phone device (such as UUID; iOS system will hide the real MAC address and assign a random UUID; Android system will collect the corresponding Bluetooth identifier according to the version);
Bluetooth name and device identifier of the projector hardware (only used for matching connection, not associated with your personal identity);
Bluetooth connection status (such as connection success, disconnection) and connection duration (only used to optimize connection stability).
Collection Method: Automatically obtained through the Bluetooth interface of your mobile phone system, only triggered when you actively turn on the Bluetooth permission and try to connect to the projector, and will not actively scan or collect information of other surrounding Bluetooth devices.
Permission Description: iOS platform will apply for NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription and NSBluetoothPeripheralUsageDescription permissions; Android platform will apply for corresponding Bluetooth permissions such as BLUETOOTH_SCAN and BLUETOOTH_CONNECT according to the system version. The purpose of permission application will be clearly informed, and you can withdraw the authorization at any time.
1.2 Image-related Information
This App provides three image sources (pre-stored images, album selection, mobile phone photography). The processing methods of relevant image information are as follows:
Pre-stored Images: This App has 64 sets of built-in pre-stored images, all of which are images legally owned or authorized by us, stored in the App installation package, do not involve any of your personal information, and do not require collecting additional data from you;
Album-selected Images: When you need to select images from your mobile phone album for projection, after you authorize the "Album Access Permission", we will temporarily access the image files you selected (only read the images themselves, not the shooting time, location, EXIF and other additional information of the images), and will not store or upload any images in your album (including unselected images);
Mobile Phone Captured Images: When you use the photography function of this App to take images for projection, after you authorize the "Camera Permission", we will obtain the image files you took through the mobile phone camera (only read the images themselves), do not collect other parameters of the camera, do not store or upload any images you took, and the images will only be saved in your mobile phone's local album (managed by your mobile phone system) after shooting.
Collection Method: Both album images and captured images need to be triggered by your manual operation after you actively authorize the corresponding permissions (selecting album images, clicking the shooting button). We will not automatically read or scan the contents of your album or camera.
1.3 Basic Device Information
To optimize the operation stability of the App, adapt to different mobile phone devices, and improve the projection experience, we will automatically collect the following basic device information of your mobile phone (non-personal identification information):
Mobile phone device model and operating system version (such as iOS 17.0, Android 14);
Installation version of this App and operation logs (only record abnormal situations such as App crashes and connection failures, used for troubleshooting and optimization).
Collection Method: Automatically obtained when the App is running, no additional authorization is required from you, and sensitive identifiers such as device IMEI, mobile phone number, and SIM card information will not be collected.
1.4 Information Not Collected
We clearly promise not to collect the following information, nor to induce or force collection in any way:
Your personal identification information (such as name, mobile phone number, email address, ID card number, address, etc.);
Your location information (such as GPS positioning, geographical location corresponding to IP address);
Your mobile phone address book, call records, short messages, payment information, etc.;
Unselected images in your album and unconfirmed saved images taken by the camera;
Any other data irrelevant to the functions of this App.
II. Use of Information
All information we collect is only used to realize the core functions of this App and optimize the user experience, not for any other purposes. The specific usage scenarios are as follows:
Bluetooth-related Information: Only used to match your mobile phone with the projector, establish a stable Bluetooth connection, transmit the image data you selected (for projection), optimize the stability and compatibility of the Bluetooth connection, and not used for other purposes;
Image-related Information: Only used for transmission between your mobile phone and the projector to realize the image projection function, not for image recognition, editing, sharing or other commercial purposes;
Basic Device Information: Only used to adapt to different mobile phone devices, fix abnormal problems in App operation (such as crashes and connection failures), optimize App performance, and improve user experience;
All collected information is not used for commercial purposes such as targeted advertising, user profiling, and data sales, and will not be used for any scenarios beyond those clearly stated in this Policy.
We will not over-process the collected information, nor associate device information and Bluetooth information with any personal identification information, ensuring that the information cannot identify specific individuals.
III. Storage and Security of Information
3.1 Information Storage
Storage Location: All information we collect (Bluetooth-related information, basic device information) is only stored locally on your mobile phone, not uploaded to any of our cloud servers, nor transmitted to any third-party servers;
Storage Period: Bluetooth-related information and basic device information are only stored during your use of this App. When you uninstall this App, all relevant information stored locally will be automatically deleted;
Image Storage: Pre-stored images are stored in the App installation package and will be automatically deleted after uninstalling the App; the images you select from the album and the images you take are always stored locally on your mobile phone, and we do not perform any form of storage.
3.2 Information Security Protection
We attach great importance to your information security and take various technical and management measures to ensure that your information is not leaked, tampered with or abused:
Permission Protection: The collection of all information requires your active authorization. You can withdraw the authorization for Bluetooth, album, camera and other related permissions of this App in the mobile phone system settings at any time. After withdrawal, we will stop collecting the corresponding information, and it will not affect the use of other irrelevant functions of the App;
Local Encryption: Bluetooth-related information and basic device information stored locally on your mobile phone are protected by AES-256 encryption to prevent illegal access;
Technical Protection: The App adopts safe coding standards and conducts regular security inspections to prevent risks such as malicious attacks and vulnerability exploitation, ensuring the safe operation of the App;
Personnel Management: We strictly restrict the access rights of internal personnel to user information. There is no situation where internal personnel obtain or abuse user information, and all relevant personnel have signed confidentiality agreements.
Please note that although we have taken the above security measures, due to technical limitations, the complexity of the network environment and other uncontrollable factors, we cannot fully guarantee the absolute security of information. If information leakage occurs due to force majeure, mobile phone system vulnerabilities, illegal attacks by third parties and other reasons unrelated to us, we shall not be liable.
IV. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We promise not to share, disclose or transfer any of your information to any third party, except in the following special circumstances:
With Your Explicit Consent: With your active authorization, only to realize the functions of this App, we will share the device identifiers required for Bluetooth connection (not associated with personal identity) with partners providing projector hardware support, and the partners must strictly comply with the privacy protection requirements of this Policy and shall not use the information for other purposes;
Legal and Regulatory Requirements: When we receive subpoenas, instructions or other legal requirements from legitimate authorities such as courts and regulatory agencies, we may disclose relevant information in accordance with the law (only disclose the minimum scope of information that meets legal requirements) to fulfill our legal obligations;
Protection of Legitimate Rights and Interests: Disclose relevant information within a reasonable scope to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, us or other third parties (such as preventing fraud and ensuring the safe operation of the App);
Anonymization Processing: We may anonymize and aggregate the collected non-personal identification information to form statistical data (such as device adaptation ratio, Bluetooth connection success rate). This statistical data does not contain any information that can identify individuals and can be shared with third parties for product optimization, industry research and other purposes.
We will not sell, rent or lend your information to any third party, nor exchange information with any third party for commercial interests.
V. Your Information Rights
In accordance with relevant overseas laws and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, you have full control over your personal information. The specific rights are as follows:
Right of Access: You have the right to access all information collected by us that is related to you. You can query the collection, use and storage of relevant information through the settings interface in this App or by contacting us;
Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw the authorization for Bluetooth, album, camera and other permissions of this App in the mobile phone system settings at any time. After withdrawal, we will stop collecting the corresponding information, and the collected information will be deleted (without affecting the recorded functions that have been realized);
Right to Deletion: You have the right to request us to delete all information collected by us that is related to you. You can submit a deletion application by contacting us, and we will verify and complete the deletion within 15 working days (except for information that needs to be retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements);
Right to Correction: If you find that the information collected by us is incorrect, you can submit a correction application by contacting us, and we will verify and complete the correction within 15 working days;
Right to Complaint and Report: If you believe that our information processing behavior violates this Policy or relevant laws and regulations, you can contact us to make a complaint and report, and we will reply and handle it within 15 working days.
Please note that withdrawing permissions and deleting information may cause you to be unable to normally use some core functions of this App (such as Bluetooth connection, selecting images from the album), but it will not affect the use of other irrelevant functions.
VI. Children's Privacy Protection
This App is applicable to users of all ages, but if you are a child under 13 years old (or a minor in accordance with the legal provisions of your region), please use this App under the guidance of your guardian, and the guardian should carefully read this Privacy Policy.
We will not intentionally collect any personal information of children under 13 years old. If a guardian finds that a child has provided personal information while using this App, he/she can contact us. We will immediately delete the relevant information, terminate the child's right to use this App, and cooperate with the guardian to do a good job in privacy protection, in line with COPPA requirements.

Information generated by you jumping to third-party applications or websites through this App (the privacy policies of third-party applications and websites are irrelevant to us, and you need to view the privacy policies of third parties by yourself);
Information not collected, stored or used by us (such as information generated by your mobile phone system's built-in album management and Bluetooth settings).
